Orders are processed from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Italian time (GMT+1) from Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1 p.m. are processed the next business working day, therefore Friday orders will be processed the following Monday. After processing the order, the parcel is consigned to carrier, and tracking awb is communicated to the customer.

Delivery in Italy is provided generally within 48 hours from consignment to carrier (excluding holidays). In all countries of the European Community delivery requires about 2-3 business days from consignment to carrier (excluding holidays).

It is very important to give a valid address where someone is present in the morning, or better during all day, in order to avoid any delays or storage of your parcel.

In case the customer is not available during consignment, other delivery attempts will be made in the following 3 days. On the fourth day the parcel will be returned to Dalfiume Nobilvini SRL.
