Organoleptic properties
This wine is obtained purely from the monoculture vineyard “Trebbiano Romagnolo”. The color is pale straw-yellow with golden hues. The smell is pleasant, rich, dry, and harmonious. The alcohol percentage varies between 11.5% vol. and 12.00% vol.
Serving suggestions
It is an excellent wine and it pairs well with starters, fish, and white meat. It is great as an aperitif and at any moment during the day.
