Organoleptic properties
Straw-yellow color with greenish tint, delicate and typical smell, slightly aromatic. The flavor is dry and pleasantly sparkling.
Serving suggestions
It is a great aperitif wine; it goes well with snacks or quick meals. It pairs wonderfully with fish dishes and white meat.
